    Shenyang Railway Survey & Design Institute Co., ltd.(Original Shenyang Railway Bureau Survey & Design Institute)which was founded in 1955, separated from Shenyang Railway Bureau and subordinated 3rd Railway Survey & Design Institute in 2004. In the process of more than 50 year’s development, it has blossomed into a national railway comprehensive A-class survey and design enterprise with rich technology strength, full-equipped professions and advanced equipments, which aims at the survey and design of railway, urban rail transport and so on. Through a series of reforms such as: isolation of main and secondary, integration and restructuring, rebuilding of company’s system, it has become a controlling share subsidiary in 3rd Railway Survey & Design Institute Group.
